I find Google to be one of the most fascinating companies ever. I am about to take an online course to learn about all their offerings. Maybe you know more than I do, so please share what you know in a Comment below.
Meanwhile, I just heard about Google’s “Art Talks,” a series of Hangouts on Air on the Google Art Project Google+ page. If you miss the live events, you can catch up with the series on the related YouTube page.
Art Talks will feature curators, museum directors, historians, and educators from different museums who provide in-depth views of various artworks. The talks will take place approximately once a month, beginning with New York City’s Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday, March 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
The next talk will be from the National Gallery in London on March 20. Others include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, the Museo Nacional de Arte in Mexico, and the Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar.
Sometime next week I will tell you what more I learned about Google. I want to share everything.
